Please excuse the stark look of this website. I wanted it up and running. I hope to improve the look of the site later. I also hope to add more cover designs and different log books.
On these pages you will find free printable log book pages and covers for recording glucose levels. As a diabetic I had trouble finding log books to record my blood sugar readings. I finally designed my own log books. I hope they are as useful to everyone else. You are free to print and use the log books but they are not to be sold in any form or fashion.
