Denson Sterling, a 13 year Veteran Police Officer now an Officer with the Union City Police Department in Union City, Georgia for five (5) years. Officer Sterling has been diagnosed with liver failure. Officer Sterling is now waiting for a liver transplant .

As a result of his illness, Officer Sterling has been on leave without pay since September 19, 2005. Officer Sterling is married and has three (3) children – ages 6, 4, and 18 months. As you can imagine his illness is not only affecting his health and well being but that of his wife and children. While his insurance will cover most of the medical bills, the household bills continue to mount. The friends of Officer Sterling are hoping to raise enough money to assist with the daily needs of his family. Any donation you can make to Officer Sterling’s family is greatly appreciated.
