If a 37 year old dad of three who commutes an hour (each way) to work every day and has after school activities (soccer, piano, etc) four days a week can get motivated to do something about his fitness, you can too.
Nothing on my website should be construed as advice from an expert. I am a complete novice in matters of diet, exercise, and fitness. I only present this as an example of what is working for me. Everyone is different.
As I've been on this journey to better health, I've been inspired by other's stories and pictures (especially John Stone at JohnStonefitness.com) and hopefully I can inspire at least one person to start the journey as well.
