Istari Aussies is located in Memphis, Tennessee. Since I enjoy versatility in people and animals, I emphasize it in my dogs. I very infrequently breed, as I would rather spend time and money competing with and training my dogs.
My dogs (and dogs I have bred) have had a very successful year. Some of the most noteworthy include:
Cutter (and Marsha) finished his ATCH (October 2009) as well as qualifying for and competing in the agility finals at 2009 Colorado Nationals.
Lin was Reserve Champion Cattle Dog at 2009 Colorado Nationals stockdog finals, as well as placing 6th in ducks.
Motley earned his WTCH (April 2009)
Ron earned his WTCH (Februaryl 2009) and qualified for and competed in 2009 Colorado Nationals agility finals
I welcome people interested in herding and agility to visit my cute little farm.
One of the wonderful things about Aussies (Australian Shepherds) is that they are multitalented and love working. However they also require attention and time, expecting to be part of their person's life.
I enjoy participating in many different activities, from stock work and agility, to hiking and swimming.
Though we do compete, my dogs are first and foremost my companions.
Enjoy the different dog's pages as well as the photo albums.
