Welcome to the Bethlehem Women's Book Group site! This group has been meeting since September 2000. Our meetings are held once a month on the fourth Wednesday of each month at the church. Please feel free to join us for our very lively book group discussions. We are just like the softball team.....without the bats.....gloves..... sweat.....dirt. We have been called the wildest group in the church. How can it be that a group of sweet little ladies can be so rambunctious? You will just have to join us to find out! We dare you to come! We are fortunate to have the opportunity to spend time together and consider it a rare gift to be able to know each other at this time and place in the journeys' of our lives. We all run in our own little circles and only get to know others whose circles intersect with ours. The book group is the intersection of many circles and gives us the chance to meet and fellowship with others that we would not normally have the opportunity to get to interact with outside our normal routine.

As though faith were something which lay within the realm of verification. If it can be verified, we don't need faith. Faith is for that which lies on the other side of reason. Faith is what makes life bearable, with all its tragedies and ambiguities and sudden startling joys. |
